Metal-replacement polymer for high-performance applications
PAEK materials are high-performance polymers known for their heat resistance, chemical stability, and mechanical strength. Semi-crystalline and flame-retardant, they withstand continuous temperatures up to 260°C and deliver excellent durability, rigidity, and tribological properties for demanding applications.
PEKK HT-23 is based on a PEKK resin with 23% carbon fiber composite.
Thanks to our internally developed high-temperature SLS technology, we deliver our customers PEKK HT-23 3D-printed parts, which can replace metals in a wide range of applications: medical, aerospace, defense, and mobility.
