Nylon 66 / PA66
Superior toughness and wear resistance
Nylon 66 (PA66) combines high mechanical strength, stiffness, and wear resistance with excellent thermal stability, maintaining its properties up to around 200 °C.
Its dense, highly crystalline structure provides superior dimensional stability, low creep, and good chemical resistance to oils, fuels, and many solvents.
The material also offers strong electrical insulation and can be reinforced with carbon fibers for enhanced performance.
PA66 delivers durable, high-precision parts ideal for demanding industrial applications.
