Nylon 6 / PA6
Tough, ductile, and with a 196°C HDT
Nylon 6 (PA6) offers an excellent balance of strength, toughness, and flexibility, making it suitable for durable, functional parts. It maintains good mechanical performance across a wide temperature range and provides strong resistance to wear, impact, and many chemicals.
PA6 exhibits lower stiffness than PA66 but greater ductility, allowing for improved energy absorption under stress. Its semi-crystalline structure ensures reliable dimensional stability and fatigue resistance.
PA6 delivers versatile, cost-effective solutions for engineering and industrial applications.
