PEKK SLS 3D Printers
High-Performance Polymer Powder AM Experts
For years, access to high-performance polymers (like PAEK, PEKK, PEEK, PEI, etc.) in additive manufacturing has been constrained by the limited availability of systems capable of processing these thermoplastic powders.
That is why we developed our own technology, the STROM SLS 3D printer: to change the rules of the game by making high-strength, biocompatible, and chemically resistant 3D-printed parts accessible to OEMs working in the aerospace, defense, medical, and energy fields.
And to allow direct access to the STROM technology to universities and research centres, helping them to shape the future of special polymers, thanks to a truly open, high-temperature laser sintering system.

HIGH-PERFORMANCE MATERIALS SLS 3D PRINTING
Fields of application
Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) 3D printing with high-performance materials enables the production of lightweight, durable parts with exceptional mechanical, thermal, and chemical resistance properties, tailored for the most demanding industries.
Thanks to its high productivity rates, SLS printing is ideal for the fabrication of highly customised individual parts, as well as series production.
Our main areas of application span aerospace, defense, and medical industries, extending to mobility, automotive, motorsport, and energy sectors, including oil, gas, and renewables.
Our network
Verne AM has been selected as high potential tech company by the renowned incubator/accelerator SQY Cub, active in Saint Quentin en Yvelines and part of the Paris-Saclay Cluster.
We are part of the France Additive Association, a multi-sector community that brings together research centres, academics, manufacturers and entrepreneurs in the 3D printing field.
Verne AM is now part of French Tech, a governmental organization ecosystem that targets the promotion of French start-ups in France and abroad.
